Hi all!
Happy New Year to all. Many people set goals for the turn of the calendar and so many are about improving our health through visiting the gym. I posted a quick series of thoughts on Twitter earlier today for regular gym goers:
(THREAD) Happy New Year! There will be a lot of faces you don’t normally see at the gym the next few weeks.

Huge thank you to Niki (on Twitter @punkrockbgmouth) for designing our family Chirstmas card this year. Awesome, awesome art work!
Hi everyone! Very flattered to be on the cover of the Holy Family University Magazine with Dalton Castle. The print version is now available. Thank you to Dave at HFU for sending over a few copies!
Looking forward to teaching again in January!
Thank you to the extremely generous fans we met in Ft. Lauderdale and Lakeland, FL this weekend for their contributions to Colt Cabana, Rocky Romero, Bobby Cruise, and I’s efforts to raise money for Unidos Por Puerto Rico! We raised $1,550 in just under 3 hours and met tons of amazing fans.
Check out the interview below with Contralona for more details and thoughts on this past weekend’s events:
