Kansas City’s The Rainmakers‘ “Small Circles” is from their 1987 album Tornadoes isn’t what you call a hit, not even a minor hit and it has a positively 80’s music video. The band’s claims to fame are being quoted in Steven King novels and for being incredibly popular to this day in Scandinavia.

This video is also notable due to a very early appearance for actor Leslie David Baker, aka The Office’s Stanley. Stills are found below:
