Finished my coursework in December – the three year journey was arduous but fulfilling! I met a lot of great people and learned a bunch of cool stuff that will help me help others.
Thank you to the folks at Lehigh, professors, staff, classmates, and others, for helping me cross the finish line!
And thank you to the alumni association who sent me a wallet sized version of the degree with enough time to get a haircut and shave in between!

Had a great time on the campus of Austin Peay! First time to Clarksville, TN we had a great time on Dynamite, even if MJF disrupted my chat with Jeff Jarrett!
Lee South Jeff Jarrett Segment Clarksville, TN AEW Collision January 8, 2025 -
What a thrill it was to open up AEW Collision on TNT this weekend with the Costco Guys, Big Boom AJ and Big Justice! The energy in the sold-out Hammerstein Ballroom was incredible and they brought the BOOM!

OrangeTheroy Fitness has been really good for me. It has helped me remain consistent with diet, exercise, and sleep. It has challenged me in new and different ways. And after noticing I could complete about 30 miles per week running without completely falling apart, I sought out to do a half marathon.
With Avery Good, aka Dasher Hatfield, we took on the St. Lukes D&L Half Marathon. It was somehow both a little bit easier and way more challenging than I could ever have imagined. Our goal was to run it under two hours. With our goal in sight, Avery asked if he was ok picking up the pace for the last two miles. I did my best to keep up and we finished a few minutes apart, both under two miles! The next frontier? A full marathon.

Wheeler Yuta, Orange Cassidy, and Ian Riccaboni of AEW Throw Out 1st Pitch at Lehigh Valley IronPigs
I had a ton of fun last week on behalf of AEW throwing out a first pitch on Tuesday June 18, 2024 at the Lehigh Valley IronPigs! Thanks to Wheeler Yuta and the Lehigh Valley’s Orange Cassidy for coming up and making this happen. There was a lot of pressure to throw a strike, especially since many of the kids I coach and parents were at the game, as were some of my coaches from OrangeTheory and fellow trustees from the Salisbury Township School Board!
Things went a little bit haywire in the fifth inning game of musical chairs, though:

The plug: for the first time in 40 years and 1 day, professional wrestling will have an international broadcast from Allentown proper. AEW comes to the PPL Center TOMORROW, Thursday June 20, 7 PM ET! Thank you to the 69 News crew for having me!
Watch the segment here:
The sappy stuff: WFMZ has provided truly local news to the Lehigh Valley for decades. Through thick and thin, Channel 69 has been here for the Lehigh Valley and Berks County and brings us stories that are important to us. As the region grows, becomes more diverse, and continues to improve lives, WFMZ has continued to grow too, offering more Spanish language broadcasts, more good news segments, and continuing its award-winning boots-on-the-ground reporting.
It’s no baloney: it was a thrill to be in studio today with Eve, Jaciel, and team. I’ve watched all my life and to be able to talk about the history of wrestling in Allentown, bringing slices of Allentown to the UK, Japan, and coaching @salisburysdpa Youth Association soccer and baseball was super cool.
Thank you for having me and we’re making Allentown Where The Best Wrestle tomorrow night!

On Monday July 31, I was appointed to the Salisbury Township School District School Board to serve the remainder of the year. It is among my life’s greatest honors to serve the school district that gave me a foundation of compassion, empathy, and respect as well as a great education. I will serve with honor and integrity to uphold the gift that is public education.
Thank you to the other candidates for their grace and well wishes. I will serve the remainder of the existing term. I very much enjoyed last night and intend to explore my options to seek a full term to meet more of my neighbors and serve my township.
Nearly every School Board streams/broadcasts their meetings. Ours from July 31 is available on the Salisbury Board YouTube channel. I encourage all that are not currently engaged to give their own districts’ channels a whirl to get a peak into what is going on inside your community!

It’s been a little over a week but I’m still on cloud nine following Ring of Honor’s Death Before Dishonor!
The biggest thrill was reuniting with my guys Caprice Coleman and Bobby Cruise. ROH wouldn’t be the same without them – the best in the world!
Here are some new photos to come out of the weekend!

What a thrill to call the event with Caprice! Long live ROH!

Thank you to the AEW crew for having me on AEW Rampage last night! Really neat to make my debut in Philadelphia! It was great to call the ROH World Television Championship bout between Trent? and Samoa Joe!
I appreciate the hospitality – Jericho doesn’t seem to be feeling me, though?
